How do you help yourself heal?

Every wound has the ability to heal. You need to allow the time and space for healing to happen.

When we are wounded, most of us keep thinking about it over and over again. We try to dig out every little detail of that event. The more we try to dig into the wound, the more pain we suffer and the wound closure takes more time.

Learn from that painful experience but don’t hold yourself back in time. Spend some quiet time with yourself to create a deeper connection with the divine, and allow time, for the broken layers of the wound to join.
