Self-doubts usually happen when are we are unable to overcome an obstacle or achieve what we desire. This can often make us feel incapable.
Once we begin to feel incapable, we start to have self-doubts for everything else we do in life. You must remember everything you do might not turn out to be the way you want but you should still feel successful because you attempted. An attempt means you are ahead of where you started. This should give you confidence that you really didn’t lose.
Stay confident. Learn from your fall, get yourself together and walk on. Once you identify your confident self, you will no longer be afraid of any fall.
