How do you stop getting affected by people’s opinions?

We are all surrounded by different kinds of people, and everyone has an opinion about us. If we take notice of every opinion, we become very self-conscious and start to feel uncomfortable with ourselves.

To feel confident about yourself, you need to accept who you are. Once you embrace yourself, your imperfections won’t make you feel uneasy or lesser than anyone else. Instead, you will become more confident. When people talk about your imperfections, you will be able to ignore them without doubting yourself.

Always remember that others’ opinions don’t define who you are. You are how you feel about yourself. Even if you have imperfections, never feel weak. Accept them, and you will turn every opinion into self-confidence.
